摘要
通过已知结果的婴幼儿奶粉样品,按照GB/T22388-2008原料乳与乳制品中三聚氰胺检测方法中的液相色谱法对其进行分析测量,通过分析12份样品计算液相色谱法测定婴幼儿奶粉中三聚氰胺的方法检出限。结果表明,该方法的检出限为0.6 mg/kg。
Through infant milk powder samples of the known results, according to high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method in melamine testing method of GB/T22388-2008 raw milk and dairy products, the samples were anal~/zed. Method detection limit of melamine in infant milk powder by HPLC was calculated through the analysis of 12 samples.The results showed that the method detection limit was 0.6 mg/kg.
