绝经前后阴道不规则出血临床诊治分析

目的观察和分析绝经前后阴道不规则出血的诊治方法以及出血的原因。方法选取门诊收治的绝经前后阴道不规则出血的患者278例，回顾性分析患者临床的诊治资料。结果患者绝经前后阴道不规则出血的原因主要为炎症、癌症、功能性子宫出血以及其它因素，其中最主要因素为炎症，和其它因素相比较有明显差异（P〈0．05），对于患者临床疗效癌症因素导致的治疗总有效率最低，和其它因素相比，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论临床上建议绝经妇女定期检查和防癌筛查，早发现病变，及时治疗，具有十分深远的临床意义。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment methods of irregular vaginal bleeding be- fore and after menopause and the relevant causes of hemorrhage. Methods The data on diagnosis and treate- ment methods of irregular vaginal bleeding before and after menopause in 278 patients were retrospectively ana- lyzed. Results The major causes of irregular vaginal bleeding were inflammation, cancer, functional uterine bleeding, and other factors, and the most important factor was inflammation, with a significant difference from other factors （ P〈O.05 ）. The total effectiveness rate was lowest in those with cancer, and as compared with other factors, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Post-menopausal women should have regular examinations and cancer screening. Early detection and proper treatment has very important clinical signifi- cance.
