摘要
目的观察长期异常应力对家兔颈后肌肌外膜超微结构的影响。方法采用长期低头位固定的方法制作家兔颈椎病动物模型,透射电镜观察肌外膜中胶原纤维的超微结构改变。结果模型组家兔肌外膜当中胶原纤维密度增高且不均匀,有新生的细纤维出现。结论长期异常应力可以使家兔颈后肌肌外膜超微结构发生改变,这可能是家兔动物模型对异常应力环境的适应性改变。
Objective It is to observe the effect of long time abnormal stress on the epimysium ultrastructure of rabbit neck muscle. Methods Cervical spondylosis models of rabbits were established by setting the rabbits at head drop position. The changes of epimysium ultrastructure of rabbit neck muscle were observed by transmission electron microscope. Results Com- pared with control group, the density of collagen fibers in epimysium of model group was increased significantly, and became uneven. Moreover, neo-eollagen fibers can be found in model group. Conclusion Long time abnormal stress can change the epimysium ultrastructure of rabbit neck muscle. It may be the adaption of the rabbits to abnormal stress.
