慢性酒精中毒皮肤交感神经电反应的研究

Sympathetic skin response in chronic alcoholism

目的 应用神经电生理手段客观评价慢性酒精中毒者交感神经功能。方法 通过皮肤交感神经电反应 (SSR)对 30例慢性酒精中毒病例和 30例对照组的交感神经分别进行了测定 ,统计学处理采用t检验。结果 慢性酒精中毒组SSR波潜伏期显著延长 (P <0 0 1) ,波幅较对照组无显著差异。结论 SSR对慢性酒精中毒者交感神经病变具有重要诊断意义。

Objective To investigate the function of peripheral fibres of the alcoholic autonomic nervous system.Methods We measured sympathetic skin response (SSR) in 30 alcoholics in comparison with 30 non-alcoholic subjects.Results In analyzing the results of the SSR test,we found that alcoholics exhibited increased latency of SSR compared with non-alcoholic groups.Conclusion The result suggests SSR is important in diagnosing sympathetic diseases.
