中国共产党自成立之日起代表广大劳动人民利益,无数共产党人为之前赴后继,牺牲奋斗;新中国成立30年,为将中国建设成为社会主义现代化强国进行了艰苦的探索,取得了巨大成绩;改革开放30多年,解决了13亿人口吃饭问题,大力推进社会保障制度建设,筑起了民生问题的"安全网"。党的十八大提出全面建成小康社会的目标,是中国共产党对民生建设的最好诠释,中国梦一定能够实现。

In the 30 years after the founding of the PRC, the CPC explored hard how to build China into a strong modern socialist country and made great achievements. During the 30 years of reform and opening up, the CPC solved the problem of feeding 1.3 billion people, developed the construction of social security systems and constructed the safety net of people＇ s livelihood. The objective of building a well-off society in an all-round way proposed in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is the best interpretation on the building of people＇ s livelihood made by the CPC.
