新时期人力资源管理问题研究

摘要 人力资源管理作为企业管理的重要组成内容,对对于障企业的经营发展也具有重要的作用。本文首先概述了新时期企业人力资源管理的特点,进而分析了现阶段我国人力资源管理工作中的问题,并提出了新形势下完善企业人力资源管理工作的相关措施,可以为企业开展人力资源管理工作提供合理的参考。
