摘要 针对深井矿山自流充填过程中的管道磨损问题,通过对浆体管输流动模式的分析,明确不满流是引起管道磨损的主要原因。从动量角度出发,研究了管道磨损机理及其影响规律。基于水力学理论推导,提出采用小管径增加系统阻力损失,减轻管道磨损的措施。会泽铅锌矿增阻减磨工业试验,将原150 mm管道部分更换为85 mm管道,管内压力值增加了6倍,满管率由7.4%提高至47%。研究结果表明,采用小管径管道是一种有效的减小磨损的措施,对于类似矿山具有借鉴意义。 According to the analysis of slurry flow mode in pipelines, it is concluded that pipe wearing problems in filling system of deep mines originate from slack flows. The wear mechanism and influence law was studied by momen- turn theory. Based on hydraulic studies, it is proposed that small diameter pipelines be used to improve resistance so as to reduce wearing, was used in horizontal pipeline to improve resistance, which enabled full-pipe transport in the filling system. An industrial test conducted in Huize Lead Zinc Mine replaced the previous a 150 mm diameter pipe with a smaller pipe diameter of 85 mm. The average pressure in the pipeline was increased by 6 times, and the full-pipe ratio was improved from 7.4 % to 47 %. The results showed that using little pipe diameter is an effective measure to reduce wearing ,which offer references for similar mines.
