摘要
目的 :观察东亚钳蝎毒 Bm K- 9- (2 )对豚鼠心室肌细胞钠通道的作用。方法 :采用全细胞膜片钳方法。结果 :Bm K- 9- (2 )使钠通道峰值电流增加 2 7%。峰值钠电导增加 1 7%。钠通道未失活成分增加 8%。 Bm K- 9- (2 )对心肌细胞钙通道没有明显影响。结论 :Bm K- 9- (2 )
? Objective:To investigate the effect of the BmK9(2) on the sodium current in guineapig ventricular myocytes.Methods:The whole cell patchclamp technique was used.Results:The BmK9(2) increased the magnitude of the peak inward sodium current (27%),peak sodium conductace (17%) and the prolong time course of sodium channel inactivation (8%) and there was no effects on calcium channels.Conclusion:BmK9(2) can activate sodium channel and prolong the inactivated course of myocytes.
