摘要
目的 :研究甲状腺功能对骨代谢的影响。方法 :对 30例甲状腺功能亢进患者及 30例健康志愿者采用放射免疫法 (RIA)测定 FT3、FT4 ,双能 X线吸收骨密度仪测定腰椎 (L2 ~ L4 )部位的骨密度以及骨代谢相关指标。结果 :甲亢患者 FT3、FT4 、ALP活性较对照组明显增高 ,而腰椎部位骨密度有不同程度的降低 ,严重程度及发生率随年龄增长而增加。结论 :甲状腺激素可能直接参与加速骨转换及显著增加骨吸收的全过程 。

Objective:To study the effect of thyroid function on bone metabolism.Methods:Serum FT 3,FT 4 were investigated by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and bone mineral density of spine (L 2~4 ) were measured by dual energy xray absorptinmetry and other markers related to bone metabolism were also monitored in 30 patients with hyperthyroidism and 30 healthy volunteers.Results:The levels of FT 3,FT 4,ALP were significantly higher than those of the normal controls.BMD of spine decreased significantly in comparison with the controls,and the degree of severity and incidence increased with age.Conclusion:Thyroid hormone might speed up bone turnover directly with increased bone resorption to induce bone mass loss.
