高职院校基于访问工程师项目服务企业途径探索

An Exploration of the Higher Vocational Colleges Service Ways for Enterprise Based on Access Engineer

高职院校应结合"访问工程师"项目,加强与企业的合作联系,彰显访问工程师项目主动性、配合性、获利性和共赢性的内涵。丰富和扩展高职院校教育内涵、加强和创新产研结合、促进校企互动和交流,形成校企一体化,并配套相应的政策、制度支持和保障,以企业为本,积极主动服务企业,拓展校企合作的深度和广度。

Higher vocational colleges should use school resources based on ＂access engineer＂projects to strengthen the cooperation and contact of higher vocational colleges and enterprises,which manifests the connotation of initiative, cooperation and win-win profit. Higher vocational colleges should enrich and expand vocational education connotation, strengthen the combination of production and research and innovation, promote school-enterprise interaction and communication,form the school-enterprise integration,and then guarantee and support the service ways for enterprise with corresponding policy and system. Also,higher vocational colleges should actively serve the enterprises in order to further promote school-enterprise cooperation.
