Taking the training mode of ＂school-enterprise cooperation,work-integrated learning＇by the electronic technology major of Electronic Information School of Huanggang Polytechnic College, the paper explores into how to improve the quality of talent cultivation by establishing the school-running system of ＂school -enterprise cooperation, work -integrated learning＂, determining the development orientation of electronic technology major, deciding the goal of talent cultivation, building curriculum system characterized by school-enterprise cooperation model and implementing measures to ensure the work-integrated.
