复合酶法提取香菇多糖的工艺研究 被引量:6

Study on Extraction Process of Lentinan by Mixed Enzyme Test

摘要 目的:采用复合酶法提取香菇多糖。方法:研究酶在不同比例及不同的条件下对香菇多糖的提取率的影响。结果:复合酶用量与底物用量的比值分别为纤维素酶0.8%,木瓜蛋白酶0.8%,温度55℃,pH 5.5,料液比1︰20,提取时间1h时,香菇多糖的提取率达到了13.25%。结论:在此最佳条件下香菇多糖的提取率最高。 The extraction process was studied on the proportion of two different enzymes and the effects of dif- ferent factors when using the method of mixed enzyme. The result of experiment indicate that: the optimum condition as follows: ratio of cellulose to base material is 0.8%, ratio of papaya protease to base material is 0.8%, pH is 5.5, temperature is 55℃, liquid - solid ratio is 1:20 and extraction time is lh. Under this condition, the extraction percent of lentinan is 13.25%.
