随着中国飞人刘翔出现,人们对跨栏运动的关注日趋增加。本文主要通过文献资料法从跨栏运动的概述、国内外跨栏技术的特征分析以及其未来走向等方面进行综述,从而进一步了解中国跨栏跑运动与世界的差距,更好的揭示中国跨栏跑项目的发展特点、规律,为中国田径教练员、运动员的训练及成绩提高提供科学依据。
