摘要 对小学数学骨干教师进行集中培训是小学数学教师职后继续教育的重要途径之一,基于终身教育的理念研究小学数学骨干教师的培养策略对于完善小学数学骨干教师的培养工作具有非常重要的意义。本文从数学学科知识与教育理论知识并重、注重综合培养不断完善教师专业素质结构、注重现代教育思想的相关内容的教学促进学员观念的转变、注重培养学员的创新能力与实践能力等方面论述了小学数学骨干教师的培养策略。 Concentrated training for primary school mathematics backbone teachers is one of the important ways for continuing education after elementary mathematics teachers teaching in school, researching primary school backbone mathematics teachers 'training strategies based on the concept of lifelong education is of great significance for improving the training work of primary school mathematics teachers. The article addresses the training strategies of primary school backbone mathematics teachers from several aspects that mathematics knowledge and education theo- retical knowledge are education important, focusing on integrated training and continually improving teachers 'professional quality structure, promoting concept change of backbone teachers students by focusing on teaching using modern educational thought, focusing on culturing innovation ability and practice ability of backbone teachers students.
