摘要
以STC89C52RC芯片为系统核心处理器,最小系统板为硬件平台,设计并制作了模拟电动自行车速度测量与控制装置。根据霍尔效应原理和采用脉宽调制控制(PWM)技术在模拟装置上分别实现了速度的测量与控制。速度测量和速度控制都利用STC89C52RC芯片内的定时器实现,这使得硬件电路得到简化;直流电机采用L298驱动器驱动,既方便最小系统板的控制又可实现不同工作电压电路之间的衔接。实验结果表明,速度测量的结果精度较高,达到1r/min,符合应用要求,并可实现多级速度的手动控制与自动控制。
This paper introduced a kind of simulation electric bicycle for measurement and control of the speed,in which the STC89C52RC chip as the system core processor and minimum system board as hardware platform.The speed measurement and control in the simulation device could be achieved respectively according to the principle of Holzer effect and pulse width modulation(PWM) technology.The chip timer in STC89C52RC was used for simplifying the hardware circuit.The L298 was used for driving the DC motor.The experimental results showed that the simulation electric bicycle was of higher accuracy in speed measurement.The speed error was 1 r/min meeting the application requirements.The simulation electric bicycle could realize multistage speed for manual control and automatic control.
