压磁式非接触测力传感器检测气隙范围的研究 被引量:11

摘要 针对压磁式测力传感器非接触测试时气隙的大小问题,采用了基于压磁效应的二磁极U型传感器作为研究对象。首先简要论述了这种传感器的工作原理,并导出其感应电压输出方程。然后针对被测试件(低碳钢Q345),设计了合理的试验方案。重点对压磁传感器的非接触测量进行了试验研究,分析了传感器频率、电流强度及气隙对其输出特性的影响。估算出传感器的最佳工作频率及电流强度。最后在大量试验数据的基础上,确定出了合理的检测气隙范围。试验结果表明,这种传感器结构简单,测量应力方便快捷,具有一定的应用开发价值。 Aiming at the size of air gap of non-contact testing of the magneto-elastic force sensor,a kind of the U-shaped sensor with two magnetic poles basing on magneto-elastic effect is adopted.Firstly,it briefly introduces working principles of the sensor and derives its equations of induced voltage outputs.Then according to the tested piece(low carbon steel Q345),a reasonable testing program is designed.This paper mainly researches the non-contact measurement of the magneto-elastic sensor,and analyzes the influence of frequency,current intensity and air gap upon the output characteristics of the sensor and estimates the best work frequency and current intensity of the sensor.Finally,on the basis of a large number of test data,it determines the reasonable detection range of air gap.The test results show that the sensor is simple in structure,convenient for application and has a certain application value.
