摘要 随着电子信息系统的升级换代,对航天产品的抗振耐冲击性能提出了越来越高的要求。在产品的研制过程中,会在力学环境下暴露一些问题。结合几个故障案例,介绍航天产品整机防振加固过程中应遵循的工艺要求。从PCB组件、线缆、连接器和紧固件等各方面,论述具体的操作及检验要求。经过多型航天产品实践验证,这些工艺措施是行之有效的。 With the upgrading of the electronic information system, the anti-vibration reinforcement performance of Aerospace Product is requested higher and higher. Some problems will be exposed under mechanical environment during the product development process. Introduce the process requirements of anti-vibration reinforcement which should be followed during final assembly of aerospace product based on a few fault cases. Discuss the operation and inspection requirements from the PCB assemblies, cables, connectors and fasteners and so on. It is approved that these technological measures are effective after being used to many type of aerospace products.
