摘要
某特种高压变压器按工艺要求生产后,因外径尺寸偏小,放入灌注模具中,其高压引线柱不能伸进模具内壁的高压孔内,无法对高压变压器进行测试。对其留边量进行放大调整后,在测试电路中不能起振。经过分析研究和一系列绕制实验,找到了适合此特种高压变压器的留边量,使其符合灌注模具尺寸及耐压要求,又能在测试电路中正常起振。通过对绕制工艺的改进,解决了分布电容及漏感过大问题,高压变压器满足了使用要求。
A special high-voltage transformer made by according to the requirements of the production process did not startup in the test circuit, because the outer diameter of the High voltage transformer was too small. After adjusting the margin of the High voltage transformer, it could not startup either. After analysis of the problem and a series of winding experiment, found a suitable margin for the special high-voltage transformer. Through the winding process improvement, solved the problem of the distributed capacitance and the leakage was too large. The High voltage transformer can work normally and meet the requirements.
