摘要
通过调查2007—2011年上海市生活垃圾中塑料袋含量,从产生源、不同居住类型、区域性等方面分析了限塑令实施的效果,并提出完善限塑令的建议。
By investigating plastic-bag content in Shanghai domestic waste from 2007 to 2011, the implementation effect of plastic limit order was analyzed, from the aspects of sources, different residential types and regional characteristics. And the suggestions for improving the order were put forward.
