支气管哮喘患者中介素/肾上腺髓质素2水平的变化及临床意义

Changes of serum intermedin/adrenomedullin-2 levels in bronchial asthmatic patients and their clinical significance

摘要 目的:观察支气管哮喘患者血浆中介素/肾上腺髓质素2(intermedin/adrenomedullin-2,IMD/ADM2)水平的变化,探讨IMD/ADM2在哮喘发病中的作用及临床意义。方法:采用放射免疫法检测39例哮喘患者急性发作期、缓解期血浆IMD/ADM2水平,并设健康体检者40名作为对照组。同时检测急性发作期患者肺通气功能和动脉血气分析。结果:哮喘急性发作期患者血浆IMD/ADM2水平明显高于缓解期患者和对照组(P<0.05),缓解期患者血IMD/ADM2水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。哮喘急性发作期IMD/ADM2水平与FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%pre)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)分别呈负相关(r=-0.691和-0.736,均P<0.01)。结论:血浆IMD/ADM2水平与哮喘发病有一定关系,检测IMD/ADM2水平对评价哮喘患者病情的严重程度具有一定临床意义。 Objective: To observe the changes of plasma levels of IMD/ADM2 and analyze the clinicalsignificance of the changes in asthmatic patients. Methods: The serum levels of IMD/ADM2 during attack phase and remission phase were detected by radioimmunoassay in 39 asthmatic patients and 40 healthy control. The lungfunctions were measured with spirometers in acute attack phase and their arterial blood gas accordingly were tested by blood gas analyser. Results: The plasma IMD/ADM2 concentrations in patients with an acute attackwere markedly higher than that in the stable patients and control patients (P〈0.01). Although the plasma IMD/ ADM2 concentrations in stable patients were slightly higher than that in normal subjects, they did not show anystatistical significance (P〉0.05). There was respectively negative correlation between plasmas IMD/ADM2 and FEV1%pre and PaO2 in acute asthmatic patients (r1=-0.691, P〈0.01; r2=-0.736, P〈0.01). Conclusion: The plasmaIMD/ADM2 levels may be correlated with the deterioration of asthma, thus may be used in monitoring asthma.
