摘要
目的探讨护士分层分组管理在优质服务示范病区护理管理中的应用。方法对我院以分层分组为基本管理模式的A组与以扁平化护理管理的B组的相关护理资料进行抽取,并对其各自的临床护理质量作对比、分析。结果 A组基础护理、危重患者护理、健康教育、文件书写合格率分别为99.33%,98.00%,98.50%和98.67%,均明显高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者、医师、医技科室、护士满意度分别为93.67%,96.00%,95.00%和94.67%均明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以分层分组为基本管理模式,能对护理工作质量的提高起到明显的效果。
Objective To analyze the application of nurse hierarchical grouping management in quality service demonstration ward nursing management. Methods The hierarchical grouping as the basic management work group and control group the related nursing data were collected, and their clinical nursing quality, were contrast analyzed. Results The basic nursing care,critical care,health education,document writing pass rates in experimental group of were: 99.33% ,98% ,98.50% and 98.67%.There was significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05)and the difference was statistically significant. The experimental group patients,physicians,medical departments,nurse s atisfaetion were 93.67%, 96%, 95%, 94.67%. There were significantly higher than those in the control group, (P〈0.01)and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The hierarchical grouping as the basic management mode can improve the quality of nursing service has obvious utility.
