摘要 目的探讨磁共振弥散加权成像(Diffusion-weighted imaging DWI)在急性缺血性脑梗死中的临床应用。方法对80例发病3-24小时,疑似急性缺血性脑梗死患者进行DWI及常规MRI扫描,并对结果进行分析。结果发病时间<6小时,超急性期脑梗死7例,常规T2WI及FLAIR上无明显异常信号改变,DWI呈高信号,ADC图上呈低信号。发病时间6-24小时,急性期脑梗死73例,DWI信号改变较T2WI、FLAIR序列明显,显示部位、范围更加准确。结论磁共振弥散加权成像对急性缺血性脑梗死较常规MRI序列敏感,检查时间短,能为临床提供早期治疗的证据,应作为常规序列开展。 Objective To investigate the diffusion weighted magnetic resonance tnlagmg (Diffusion-weighted imaging DWI) in acute ischemic cerebral infarction in clinical application. Methods 80 cases of 3N24 hours, suspected acute ischemic cerebral infarction were DWI and routine MRI scan results were analyzed. Results The onset time of 〈6 hours, super acute cerebral infarction in 7 cases, conventional T2WI and FLAIR showed no abnormal signal changes, hyperintensity on DWI, ADC showed low signal.The onset time of 6-24 hoLIrS, during the acute phase of cerebral infarction in 73 cases. DWI signal change was T2W1, FLAIR sequence was significantly more accurate location, display, range. Conclu- sion Magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging in acute ischemic cerebral infarction than the conventional MRI sequences sensitive, short examination time, can provide early evidence for clinical treatment, should be used as a routine sequence in.
