摘要
目的探讨DWI、DTI及DTT对检出药物过敏中毒性脑病准确性、特异性、敏感性高于常规序列,且对预后评估具有重要作用。方法收集本院2007.4~2012.5之间8例药物过敏中毒性脑病患者,所有患者执行常规序列和DWI、DTI及DTT扫描,将将原始图像传至ADW4.4工作站上进行数据后处理,测定ADC值、FA值及重建白质纤维束,通过统计学分析,评价DWI、DTI及DTT对药物过敏中毒性脑病检测优势。结果所有患者双侧灰质核团及白质纤维明显受累,呈长T1WI、长T2WI信号或短T1WI、长T2WI信号改变,边缘较模糊,DWI显示呈明显高信号,边缘清晰,经后处理后其病变区ADC值及FA值较对照组明显降低(p<0.05),DTT显示白质纤维损伤,治疗后ADC值及FA值逐渐增高。结论 DWI、ADC图、FA图能够准确量化地检测到灰质核团及白质纤维束损伤改变,DTT能够直观,清晰显示白质纤维束损伤后,同时DWI、DTI及DTT良好评估治疗后改变。
Objective To explore the accuracy Specificity and sensitivity of the diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), diffusion tersor imaging (DTI) and diffusion tensor tracking (DTT) than taller troutine sequence in the toxic encephacopathy of drug allergy and its is important effect for Prognosis evaluation. Methods 8 cases patient with toxic encephacopathy of drug allergy were collected during 2007.4-2012.5. All patients execute routine sequence, DWI, DTI and DTT, then aechaeo-imaging to deliver the ADW4.4 workstation proceed analysis of data, to determine apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) wdue, fractingal anisotropy (FA) value, the white matter fiber,to process statistical analysis, evaluate to advantage of DWI, DTI and DTT to the toxic encephacopathy of drug allergy Results The poisons obviously involved in bilateral gray matter and white matter fiber, hyperintense/hypointensity TI WI, hyperintense T2WI, edge unsharpness, ADC value and FA value is decrease in diseased region (p〈0.05), DTT show the white matter injuries, ADC value and FA value is gradually heighten. Conclusion DWI. ADC and FA accuracy to quantifying analyze that gray matter and white matter fiber injuries, DT1 macroscopic and limpid show white matter fiber injuries, meanwhile, DWI. DTI and DTT evahiate to post- treatment modify.
