摘要 目的探讨CT和MRI对舌癌的诊断价值。方法收集我院7例舌癌影像资料进行回顾性分析。4例行CT平扫及增强扫描,3例行MRI平扫及增强扫描。结果 7例舌癌中3例位于舌体侧缘,2例位于舌腹部,病理结果均为鳞癌;2例位于舌根部,病理结果为1例腺癌,1例基底细胞癌。在CT和MRI表现上均可见肿块状改变,其中鳞癌和腺癌增强后肿块呈不均匀中度异常强化并向周围直接浸润。而1例基底细胞癌增强后肿块呈明显异常强化,呈匍行性生长。7例舌癌均未见骨受侵及淋巴结转移征象。结论 CT和MRI平扫及增强扫描均可对舌癌做出明确的诊断,但MRI不同序列扫描对于舌癌肿块向周围结构侵犯的情况可提供更多的影像信息。 Objective To explore diagnosis value of lingual carcinoma through CT and MRI. Methods 7 cases image data means were retrospectively analyzed. 4 cases through CT and 3 cases through MRI were plain scan and enhancement scanning, Results There were 3 cases located corpus linguae's lateral margin, 2 cases located tongue's belly and lingual root in 7 cases carcinoma of tongue. CT and MRI showed lump alteration appearance, invaded bone and transfered lymphaden wasn't showed in 7 cases tongue cancer. Conclusion CT and MRI plain scan and enhancement scaning could definitely diagnose lingual carcinoma.
