DWI联合LAVA技术在肝脏占位病变中的临床应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)联合LAVA技术在肝脏占位病变中的临床应用。方法随机选取2009年11月份到2011年12月份因各种肝脏占位病变就诊于我院的患者150例,回顾性分析患者的核磁共振检查的临床资料,比较A组(LAVA)、B组(DWI)以及C组(LAVA、DWI联用)在肝脏占位性病变的检出率、定性率及定性准确率。同时比较肝血管瘤、肝囊肿、肝癌的ADC值,然后统计学分析。结果 C组能够将病变定性的比例为64.5%、定性准确率为95.9%,均明显高于其它两组;肝囊肿在b=800s/mm2时的ADC平均值为3.315±0.298,明显高于其它病变。以上P均小于0.05。结论磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)联合LAVA技术能够显著提高肝脏占位性病变定性诊断的准确性,有很高的临床指导价值。 Objective To discuss the clinical application of magnetic resonance diffusion- weighted imaging (DWI) combined with LAVA technology for diagnosing hepatic space- occupying lesions. Methods From Novernber, 2009 t 1c5o December 2011, make retro- spective analysis of nuclear magnetic resonance examination information of 150 patients in our hospital with hepatic space-occupying lesions. They were divided into DWl (group A). LAVA technology (group B) and DWI LAVA technology (group C), and make a comparison about detection rates, diagnosis rate and accuracy of hepatic space occupying lesions. The ADC value of hemangioma of liver, liver cyst and liver cancer were also compared and make a statistical analysis. Results In group C, the diagnosis rate was 64.5%, the accuracy is 95.9%, which were higher than other 2 groups (P〈0.05). The mean ADC wdt,e of liver cysts was 3.315 ± 0.298 (b=800s/mm2). It is apparently higher than the other lesions (P 〈0.05). Conclusion DWI combined with LAVA technology can improve die diagnostic accuracy of hepatic space occupying lesions, and it has an important clinical guiding significance.
