木鳖子炮制前后毒性对比研究

目的:研究木鳖子炮制前后的毒性变化。方法:用95%乙醇提取生木鳖子和炮制木鳖子,各组小鼠分别给予不同剂量的提取物,计算存活率。结果:炮制组存活率明显高于生品组(P<0.05)。结论:木鳖子经过炮制后毒性显著降低。

Objective：Studied on tile change to the toxicity of Momordica Cochinchinensis by processing pre-and post. Methods： Extracted the Momordica cochinchinensis by 95% ethanol, gived the different dose estracts to every group mouse,and calculated the survival rate. Resuhs：The survival rate by gived Momordica cochinchinensis processed was higher to non-processed （P〈0.05）.
