某院急诊科不合理用药分析

目的:分析某院急诊科不合理的用药处方。方法:随机选取某院2010～2011年急诊科不合理用药处方进行回顾性统计、分析。结果:共分析急诊处方1820张,发现不合理处方196张,存在溶媒选择不当、使用方法不当、用药剂量不当、配伍禁忌等方面的问题。结论:某院急诊科用药仍存在问题,需进一步改进。

Objective： Analysis of hospital emergency department ilTational prescriptions.Methods： Computer retrieval of hospital emergency departments 2009 to 2011 were retrospectively irrational prescriptions statistical analysis.Results： Emergency prescriptions 1820 were analyzed and found unreasonable prescription 196,there is the inappropriate choice of solvent, incorrect use, hnproper drug dose, incompatibility and other issues.Conclusions：Hospital emergency department treatment, there are still issues that need further improvement.
