摘要
1临床资料
患者，女，45岁。因体检发现肝内结节样病变10天，于2011年5月24日入院，查体及实验室检查无明显异常发现。上腹部CT平扫＋增强示：①肝右叶下段结节影，考虑为小肝Ca可能；②肝尾叶及右叶下段小圆形囊样低密度影，考虑为囊肿。
