摘要
酶联免疫吸附检测法(ELISA)由于具有灵敏、特异、简单、快速及易于自动化操作等优点而得到了快速发展,并且被广泛应用于多个领域。本文对ELISA检测法应用现状及优缺点进行综述,为今后ELISA检测法的更为广阔的应用与发展提供参考。
The Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay（ELISA） has been rapidly developed and widely used in various fields because of its sensitivity, specificity, simpleness and ease for automattic operation. This article mainly summarizes the application of ELISA methodology and its advantages and existing problems, to provide a reference for the broader application and development of ELISA in the future.
