摘要
对糖尿病住院患者入院时进行营养评价,分别对93例30~60岁糖尿病患者入院时做人体测量和生化检查,与正常人群作对照。结果显示,观察组患者的体质量、体质指数、总蛋白、白蛋白、低密度酯蛋白以及三酰甘油的平均值均高于正常组、而高密度脂蛋白低于正常组,差异有显著性意义(p<0.05)。结果表明,采用多项综合指标评价糖尿病患者的营养状况,是营养治疗必不可少的措施之一。
Nutritional evaluation was carried out for 93 patients with diabetes aged from 30 to 60 years old at admission in order to provide evidence for formulating individual program. Detecting human measurement and laboratory biochemical index for the patients were compared with healthy person at the same age. The body quality, body mass index, total protein, albumin, low density ester proteins and the average of the triglyceride of observation group patients were higher than normal group, and high-density lipoprotein(HDL) was lower, showed a significant difference (p〈0.05). Using diverse nutritional assessments to detect nutritional status of patients with diabetes is necessary.
