摘要
进入21世纪,出于促进社会全面信息化和维护国家总体性安全利益的客观需要,越来越多的大国都在密切关注如何能找到一种比电子信息技术更为高效、安全的信息传输方式、途径和手段,并纷纷投以巨资,开展系统尝试与艰巨研发。而此前先在欧美国家悄然兴起,稍后即有我国科学家共同参加开创研究的量子通信技术及量子信息技术,恰恰是这种具备绝对安全性的追求目标。本文围绕电子信息技术所必然会出现的进一步更新和转换趋势,量子通信及下一代信息技术的优异性能特征与目前研发热潮,量子通信及新型信息技术在社会多行业的应用与推广前途等现实重大态势,进行了前瞻性探讨和背景分析。
In the first 10 years of the 21 st century, to pro mote complete informationization and maintain national security interests, more and more great powers pay close attention to finding a new information transmission way which is safer and more efficient than electronic infor mation technology, and develop research with large sums of money. The quantum communication technology and quantum information technology, which has risen quietly several years ago in American and European countries, and been researched by Chinese scientists af terwards, is precisely the ideal information technology with absolute security, huge channel capacity, ultrahigh transmission rate, longdistance transmission ability and high efficiency. This article focuses on the updating and tendency of transformation after the electronic informa tion technology, and the excellent performance of the quantum communication technology, as well as the pop ularization and social application prospect of quantum communication and the new information technology in multiindustry.
