中国当代语境下科技发展的人文环境比较特殊,由于学术平均资源有限使得中国学者在学术上的原始积累比较困难。政府主导学术、科学与政治结合更加紧密导致出现官学联合,官学联合有其必然性和特殊时空下的合理性。中国当代语境下科技发展的这种突出问题必须从历史传统与当代语境的融合中加以解决。

The humanity environment of science and technolo gy development in the present age context of Chinese has comparatively peculiar character. The Chinese scholar primitive accumulation on learning is compara tively difficult since average resource of learning is lim ited. Government leading on learning and science ＆ politics union becoming more tightness leads to appear ance of union of officers and scholars. The union of of ficers and scholars has it＇s inevitability and rationality under peculiar spacetime context. We must dissolve these problems which exist in the present age context of Chinese by fusion of history tradition and the present age context.
