随着人们生活质量的不断提高,肩负祖国希望的大学生的幸福感日益成为人们关心的话题。影响大学生幸福感的因素很多,主要有社会条件、家庭环境、学校环境和大学生自身心理因素等四个方面。全社会要形成合力,培养大学生幸福感受能力;家庭要正确引导当代大学生珍惜生活;高校管理和教学工作要人性化、合理化;大学生要学会应对挫折,调节情绪,提升自身素质,从而实现培养大学生幸福感的目标。

The factors influencing students＇ happiness include society, family, school and students themselves. So students＇ happiness call for the cooperation of society, family, school and students themselves.
