体育教育专业教育实习的现状及对策研究——以泉州师范学院为例

Present situation and countermeasure physical education professional educationinternship——A case study of Quanzhou Normal Univeristy

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对泉州师范学院体育教育专业教育实习情况进行了研究.结果显示,该专业教育实习的组织与管理工作较为完善,各项具体工作均有序开展.但同时,也还存在实习的内容不够完整、教学实习任务过重、指导教师作用发挥不充分等不足.研究提出,继续加大管理力度、完善实习内容、延长实习时间、适当增加实习点和充分调动指导教师的积极性等,是提高该专业教育实习质量的必然选择.

The literature,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistical method,Quanzhou Normal Institute Sports Educational Practice.The results show that the professional education organization and management practice is better,the work conducted in an orderly.Incomplete but at the same time,there are also internships,teaching practice task too heavy,instructors play the role of inadequate inadequate.Research and management efforts continue to increase,perfect internships content,extended practice time,and appropriately increase the practice points and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the instructor,is the inevitable choice to improve the education of the professional practice quality.
