基于图像二值化的动态干涉条纹研究

摘要 针对目前干涉条纹人工计数难、精度低,硬件计数实现较复杂的问题.以迈克耳孙干涉仪原理为基础,自制了干涉光路,基于图像二值化处理技术,利用Matlab软件,设计了交互式动态条纹计数GUI界面,对CCD实时采集的单向移动条纹进行了动态计数研究.研究表明,采用本文方法可以形象直观地显示条纹变化的过程和动态计数的细节,精度可达0.03个条纹,可作为一种可视化的条纹计数方法.课题结论对进一步研究移动速度较快的条纹计数、复杂的弱振、激光监听和基于光路信息加密等问题具有积极的意义. Present, the interference fringes are difficult with low accuracy to artificial count- ing. It is also a complex problem to realize the counting by hardware. In view of the prob- lems, we make the interference light path by ourselves based on the Michelson int4rferometer principle, and design an interactive dynamic fringes counting GUI interface based on binary image technology with the Matlab software. Dynamic counting research on the unidirectional movement stripe synchronous acquisitioned by CCD has been done. Research shows that the process of the fringes change and dynamic counting details can be intuitively shown by use of the method proposed in this paper. The precision of stripe can reach 0.03. So it can be used as a visual fringes counting method. Our subject conclusion has positive significance in further research on the problems of faster movement fringe counting, complex weak vibration, laser monitor, and optical path information encryption.
