非正式制度对湖南省小沙江金银花产业的影响分析

The Impact of Informal Systems on the Honeysuckle Industry of Xiaoshajiang Town,Longhui County,Hunan Province

在新制度经济学视野下,以湖南小沙江金银花产业为特色农业发展个案,以家庭分工与民俗信仰崇拜两种非正式制度为例,采用个案研究方法分析非正式制度对特色农业发展的影响。研究发现,非正式制度通过直接路径与间接路径对特色农业发展产生重要影响,且这种影响具有非强制性与广泛性等特点。特色农业发展过程中非正式制度建设应该注意:正确把握非正式制度建设"以人为本"的逻辑起点、加强对适应社会主义市场经济体制的意识形态的引导,加快政府职能改革与大力发展农村教育。

From the perspective of neoinstitutional economics, the impact of informal systems on characteristic agriculture was analyzed, in which the honeysuckle industry of Xiaoshajiang, Hunan province was used as a case of characteristic agriculture, the two informal systems of family division and spirit worship were taken for example, and the method of case study was taken. The result showed that the informal systems have an important impact on the development of characteristic agriculture through both a direct path and an indirect path and this impact is of non-mandatory and universality. In the development of characteristic agriculture, in order to construct informal systems much attention should be paid to the following： correctly grasping the logical start point of the people-oriented; strengthening the guidance for the ideology that adapts to the socialist market economy system; quickening the governmental function reform; and making great efforts to develop education in rural areas
