我国农科类专业大学生服务农村基层意愿调查分析

An Analysis of the Aspiration of Serving the Rural Grass-roots Society of College Students of Agricultural Sciences

以福建农林大学农科类专业本科生为对象,对大学生服务农村基层意愿行为进行调查分析发现,随着高等教育的快速发展,大学毕业生的就业压力逐年增加。社会主义新农村建设促进了农业、农村的发展,政府鼓励大学生到农村就业和创业,不仅有利于缓解社会的就业压力,也有利于推进新农村建设。影响农科类专业大学生服务基层意愿的主要因素包括个人、家庭和政府政策因素,因为一部分农科大学生对所学专业兴趣不大、就业信心不足和就业期望不符实际,以及大学生家人态度、家庭所处经济区位的影响,家人支持与否对农科大学生毕业后选择服务农村基层的主要因素。因此,高等农林院校应该加强正确的舆论宣传和引导,强化学校对大学生就业教育和就业指导,加强大学生科学择业观的教育,加强学校、家庭和社会三位一体教育模式;加大国家政策扶持力度,鼓励大学生返乡自主创业。

There are many factors influencing the students＇ aspiration to serve the rural grass-roots society. For example, some college students of agricultural sciences are not interested in their agricultural specialty; some lack of confidence in rural employment and others have unrealistic employment expectations. Also, family members＇ attitudes produce important impacts on the students＇ aspiration to serve the rural grass-roots society. Therefore, agricultural and forestry colleges and universities should strengthen the correct media publicity and guide, attach importance to the employment of the agricultural college students, enhance the education for developing the outlook of scientific employment of college students of agricultural sciences, construct an education mode which can combine school, family and society and make further efforts to support the national policy to encourage college students to return to their hometown to start their own career.
