开放经济条件下新疆科技投入与经济增长实证研究

An Empirical Study of Xinjiang's Science Input and Economic Growth Under Open Economic Conditions

本文通过对新疆科技投入构成指标中R&D经费支出、财政科技拨款、科技活动人员总数、R&D活动人员数、技术引进经费的分析,根据1997～2010年新疆统计数据,运用灰色关联度分析法和回归分析法分别对科技投入与经济增长和出口贸易的关联性进行实证研究和计量检验。研究结果表明:科技投入各指标对开放经济条件下的新疆经济增长有明显的相关性,且财政科技拨款对经济增长的促进作用最为显著,R&D经费支出对出口贸易的促进作用最为明显。最后提出了若干增加新疆科技投入以促进开放经济条件下的新疆经济增长的政策建议。

Through an analysis of R＆D expense expenditure, the financial scientific and technological funding in Xinjiang＇ s science input,the total number of technological staff,the number of R＆D staff and the technology in- troduction expenses,according to the statistics data of Xinjiang from 1997 to 2010,this paper carries out an empiri- cal study and quantitative inspection of the relevance between science input,economic gray relationship analysis and regression analysis method. It proves that there exists ob growth and export trade with vious relevance between the index of science input and Xinjiang;s economic growth under open economic conditions. Among them, the function of financial science tion on export trade input in Xiangjiang funding on economic growth is most obvious and R＆D expense expenditure ＇ s promoting func- is most obvious. At last, this paper puts forward policy suggestion on how to increasing science to promote economic growth under open economic conditions.
