本文结合1979—2010年内蒙古海外旅游客源市场相关数据进行分析,对内蒙古海外旅游客源市场开发进行总结,并针对存在不足,提出相应改进措施:及时掌握市场信息,把握客源市场需求动态;根据需求,开发旅游产品差异化;挖掘地域文化特色,丰富旅游商品体系;实施差异化营销,全面拓展客源市场提高从业人员的素质,提升旅游接待水平。
Based on an analysis of data of Inner Mongolia overseas tourists market from 1979 to 2010, this pa- per summarizes the development of Inner Mongolia overseas tourists market and aiming at weaknesses existed in it, this paper puts forward countermeasures including:grasping market information in time, mastering the tourists mar- ket dynamic, developing different tourism products, excavating regional culture characteristics, enriching tourism product system,implementing differential marketing, enlarging tourists market, improving tourism staff's quality and promoting tourism reception standard.
