棒线材无槽轧制轧件表面金属变形特性分析

摘要 在八钢连续棒材生产线无槽轧制的工业实践的基础上,分析了无槽轧制时轧件的表面金属,受力特点,鼓形变形特征,角部及表面均匀性特征,说明无槽轧制轧件表面变形均匀,能够消除缺陷,提高表面质量。 On the basis of industrial application of groove less rolling at bar mills of Bayi steel, this paper analyzes the characters of rolled piece during groove less rolling, including the characters of surface metal expanding, the bearing fea- tures,the character for drum deformation, the uniformity character on corner and surface. All these characters indicate that the deformation of rolled piece during groove less rolling is even, can eliminate the defect and improve the surface quality.
