摘要
为有效控制低碳低硅钢冶炼过程增硅,对低碳低硅铝镇静钢SPHD各工序生产实践增硅因素进行了分析。结果表明:转炉过吹及出钢过程下渣是钢水增硅的重要原因;LF精炼过程钢水增硅主要发生在较强的还原气氛下,钢中的铝与精炼渣中的SiO2反应,以及钙处理工艺也是钢水增硅的重要因素。
In order to effectively control the process of low-carbon low silicon smelting growth the silicon, analyse the increasing silicon factors of low-carbon low silicon Al-killed steel SPHD practice process. The results show that: the converter over-blowing and slag Increase in molten silicon steel process; LF refining process, molten steel increased silicon occurs mainly in the strong reducing atmosphere, the the Si02 reaction in the steel, aluminum refining slag, calcium treatment is also an important factor in increasing silicon molten steel.
