论公民社会对社会主义民主政治建设的推进

The civil society and the construction of the socialist democratic politics

改革开放以来,我国社会主义民主政治建设取得了较大成就,但同时也必须清醒地认识到,社会主义民主政治建设面临着成就与问题并存的复杂局面。要更好地推进民主政治建设的进程,政治体制自身的改革无疑是重要的,但政治体制自身的改革要获得坚实的基础和持久的动力,必须从经济、社会等各个领域寻求支撑点。因此,在中国的民主政治建设中,需要更多地关注市场经济的发展。然而,市场经济和政治体制之间的相关性有时不那么直接,其间需有必要的中间环节,而这个中间环节无疑是由公民社会来承担。市场经济营造了公民社会,公民社会的发展直接推动了社会主义民主政治建设的进程。

Despite the progress in our socialism democracy politics since the adoption of the reform and opening-up policy,we must be well aware that that the situation in this regard is far from satisfying.To make more progress,the reform of political structure is extremely crucial,which needs support from all sectors if the reform would go far enough.In this case,the development of the market-oriented economy is a field we should attach great importance to.However,an intermediate link is needed since there is not always a direct correlation between the market-oriented economy and political structure.And this link is a civil society.The cause-effect relationship between market-oriented economy and a civil society will surely promote the construction of the socialist democratic politics.
