摘要
通过分析我国高职教育三种普遍性的工学交替模式——顶岗实习、"三明治"、"校内工厂"教学模式,阐述了有效的人才培养机制需要严格的质量监控下的工学交替管理,需要政府、社会、企业、学校的共同努力,共同创建工学交替式的高职人才培养机制的观点。
Through analyzing the three common types of teaching modes on work-study alternation for higher vocationaleducation in our country, including Dinggang Internship, sandwich and factory in colleges, this paper discusses that the effective talents' training mechanism needs the management of work-study alternation with strict quality monitor, as well as the joint effort of government, society, enterprises and colleges to establish the view of higher vocational talents' training mechanism with work-study alternation.
