摘要
构建顶岗实习权益保障体系是高职院校人才培养模式改革的重要保障,应从分析顶岗实习的内涵入手,通过分析我国顶岗实习期间学生权益保护中存在的问题,提出解决顶岗实习生权益保护的对策:完善法律法规体系,平衡各方利益,分散意外风险,完善实习保险体系,以切实维护学生合法权益。
Constructing the fights guarantee system of Dinggang internship is the important guarantee for the reform oftalents＇ training mode in higher vocational colleges. Starting from the connotation of Dinggang internship, this paper analyzes the existing problems of students＇ right protection in the period of Dinggang internship in our country, and puts forward its countermeasures, including the perfect of law and regulation system, the balance of each part＇s benefit, the separation of internship insurance system to maintain students＇ legal rights and interests practically.
