试论高职院校辅导员的师德建设

On the Construction of Teachers' Morality for Instructors in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校辅导员是学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,担负着培养大学生成人成才的重任。辅导员的一言一行都会对每一位学生产生深远的影响,因此,加强辅导员的师德建设,构建和谐校园环境,就显得尤为重要。针对新形势下师德建设的现状,提出师德建设的有效途径,使高职院校辅导员的自身素质得到进一步提高。

Instructors in higher vocational colleges are the organizers, implemvnters and guiders of students＇ daily ideological and political education and management, taking on the task of cultivating college students＇ growth. Every word and action of instructors has a profound effect on each student. Therefore, it is extremely important to strengthen instructors＇ construction of teachers＇ morality and construct harmonious campus environment. According to the present condition of the construction of teachers＇ morality under the new situation, this paper puts forward the effective approach for the construction of teachers＇ morality so that the quality of instructors in higher vocational colleges can get a further improvement.
