为了有效提高高职院校思想政治教育实践育人的针对性和实效性,深入研究与探讨思想政治教育实践育人模式有重大的理论意义以及实践价值。搭建实践育人模式的多元化实践平台主要应积极组织具有高职特色的校园实践活动和大学生社会实践活动;实践育人的长效机制主要是应建立完善的领导机制、保障机制、评价机制、激励机制。

In order to effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the practical education of the ideological andpolitical education： in higher vocational colleges, this paper studies and discusses the great theory significance and practical value on the pattern of practical education for ideological and political education in-depth. Establishing the diversified practical platrorm of practical education should mainly actively organize the campus practical activity and social practical activity for college students with higher vocational characteristics： The long-term mechanism of practical education mainly should establish leading mechanism, guarantee mechanism, evaluating mechanism and stimulating mechanism.
