高职学生干部成长影响因素研究

Study on the Influence Factor for the Growth of Higher Vocational Student Cadres

高职学生干部的培养工作是学生管理工作的重要部分。通过对高职学生干部成长的文献资料研究,结合实际,归纳总结了影响高职学生干部成长的四个因子:环境因子、素质因子、能力因子和培养因子。最后,基于这一分析,指出了在培养学生干部过程中和他们自身成长中需要着重努力的方向。

The training work of higher vocational student cadres is the important part of students＇ management work.Through the study on document data of higher vocational student cadres＇ growth with the combination of practice, this paper summarizes four factors of affecting higher vocational student cadres＇ growth, including environment factor, quality factor, ability factor and cultivation factor. Based on this analysis, it points out the hardworking direction in the process of cultivating student cadres and their growth.
