摘要
通过对《内经》与《难经》等古典文献中的"三焦"从功能、形态、经脉等三个角度进行梳理与比较,认为众多古典文献对三焦认识的最大争议之处在于三焦之有形与无形。从字义及医理方面得出三焦为有形质可查的,而三焦的实质是分布于周身皮肤、肌肉、脏腑组织之间的组织间隙。
Compare and analyze function,form and meridian about sanjiao described in ancient Chinese documents such as Neijing,Nanjing. Disputes of ancient Chinese documents about sanjiao focus on whether it is visible or not. Based on the medical knowledge and literal meaning, sanjiao is interstice dispersed throughout the skin,muscle,organs and tissues in the body. It is visible.
