摘要
本文选取一组明确的电子商务绩效衡量指标,提出若干假设并设定基于SAW模型的理论和实证模型,利用江苏1584家中小企业调查问卷数据对模型进行拟合,结论表明:企业类型、规模、销售额、使用的电子商务类型、询盘量等因素对企业电子商务成交额产生正的影响;苏南和苏中有区位优势的企业与苏北的企业相比,其电子商务成交额反而较小。在实证研究基础上进一步提出促进中小企业电子商务绩效提高的政策建议。
This paper testifies an SAW-based theoretical and empirical model on the basis of the data collected from the 1,584 SMEs in Jiangsu province.The conclusion reveals that factors such as company type,scale,sales volume,type of e-commerce and enquires have positive influence on the turnover of their e-commerce and that,surprisingly,the turnover of the SMEs in northern Jiangsu is higher than that in the south and middle of Jiangsu which enjoy more economic and geographical advantages.
