文化事业投入法律关系是文化事业立法的重要调整对象,该法律关系主要由主体、客体和内容三部分构成。投入者和投入接受者是文化事业投入法律关系的基本主体,投入行为及接受使用投入行为则是文化事业投入关系的客体,适当的权利、义务、责任制度则是文化事业投入法律关系的重要内容。
